This national survey, is part of a wider project that aims to improve awareness, diagnosis, care and the lived experience of people with Lewy body dementia, funded by the Health Research Board.

The purpose of the survey is to examine the knowledge, attitudes and practice of clinicians and supportive professionals who work in a field where they might see an individual with LBD. This will help shape a care pathway, to outline resources required for LBD diagnosis and care management, and to inform education and awareness raising.
The study has received ethical approval from the Social Research Ethics Committee at University College Cork.
The survey takes about 10-15 minutes. People can skip questions about diagnosis if not relevant to them.
