NIPC. An Integrated Approach to Cardiometabolic Chronic Disease
A new, fully funded professional development programme is now available through the National Institute for Prevention and Cardiovascular Health (NIPC). This free online course is designed for healthcare professionals working in chronic disease management, offering a multidisciplinary, evidence-based approach to cardiometabolic care.
Course Format & Dates
Participants can choose one of the following live online introductory sessions:

Monday 23 September, 6:30–8:00 pm

Tuesday 14 October, 6:30–8:00 pm
Following the live session, learners will complete four self-paced online modules, concluding with a live online consolidation session.
Course Leadership
Led by Dr Susan Connolly, Consultant Cardiologist at University Hospital Galway, the course features contributions from a range of experts including cardiologists, endocrinologists, public health specialists, dietitians, physiotherapists, psychologists, and pharmacists from both Ireland and abroad.
