We are members of a multinational team of APN researchers conducting a global study of advanced practice nurse and nurse practitioner job satisfaction and intent to leave. All practicing advanced practice nurses and nurse practitioners are invited to participate.
This work will provide valuable information about the state of job satisfaction overall and may yield country-specific data that can inform health human resource planning, job design and retention strategies. In addition, the work will provide information regarding the state of satisfaction in the post pandemic period.
